Wittenberg is located on a 70-acre campus of woods and hills in Springfield, Ohio, which calls itself the all-American city. It supports a symphony orchestra, civic and professional theaters and an arts center. The university is in a residential area next to a city park, within walking distance of downtown and not far from a large shopping center. The cities of Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati can be reached easily from Springfield by car.
