The park-like campus is nestled in the historic Myers Park neighborhood just two miles south of Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina. Home to multiple professional sports teams like the Carolina Panthers (National Football League, American football), and the Charlotte Hornets (National Basketball Association, basketball), there is always a sporting event to attend. You can also enjoy concerts, grab dinner and a movie at the Epicentre or other local music venues and theatres. Shopping, hiking Crowders Mountain, ropes courses at the U.S. National Whitewater Center and other enriching cultural experiences are never far away.

With more than 70 clubs and organizations ranging from arts and culture, Greek Life, recreational activities, media, academics and community service, there is something for everyone outside of the classroom! Students are encouraged to get involved on campus to make the most of the Queens experience. If by chance a student does not find a club and organization of interest, Student Activities will welcome the upstart of a new group. There is an international club that many of our exchange students become involved in.
