Westminster University (Utah)

Founded in 1875, Westminster University is a private, comprehensive, independent liberal arts university with impassioned teaching, active learning and cutting-edge professional programs. Westminster’s unique environment for learning prepares students for success through active and engaged learning, real world experiences and a vibrant campus community. Of the 1,200 students enrolled, approximately 300 are graduate students and 900 are undergraduates. More than 90% of recent alumni report that they were either employed or attending graduate or professional school within five months of graduation.

Located in the Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City, the Westminster campus is near shops, restaurants and parks. Ten major ski and snowboard resorts are within an hour’s drive, while sixteen national parks, monuments and recreational areas are within a day’s drive. In addition, there are more than 50 student clubs on campus.
