IAE Faculty - Tourism Management (Spring Semester ONLY)

In this interdisciplinary, international program, Bachelor-level ISEP students with a background or interest in tourism and/or business studies can take courses from our International Business and Tourism Management Master's. They also take a FLE or French as a foreign language course to improve their French.

A full program of organized social, cultural and sporting activities is also offered to ISEP students.

HOUSING AND MEALS 

ISEP students live in a university residence hall in Chambéry and receive a meal stipend. 

Course Description

Courses can be selected from classes taught in Semesters 8 and 10. Students with at least a B1 level in French may be able to take some of French content courses in addition to the French as a foreign language classes.

Special Application Instructions

Students are required to have some experience (course work reflected on transcript or work experience) or a very keen interest explained in a letter is necessary to participate in the tourism management program.  A document demonstrating relevant course work or work experience must be uploaded to the application under "Other Documents".

Non-native English speakers must submit a Language Proficiency Report or language test score to show a minimum of a B2 English language level. 

Non-native French speakers must still submit a Language Evaluation for French. Students with no French background should contact the ISEP Student Services Officer for France before applying for this program.

Other Academic Conditions

Students should note that, while all course content is offered in English, students should with no French try to learn some before their departure to make their day-to-day life easier.

PASSPORT: All students must have a valid passport to participate in this program. If you do not have a valid passport, we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible.
