Study in the French Alps - Business Administration (in English)
GACO International Business Management semester (FALL ONLY) - IUT Faculty: Business Administration and Management – Gestion Administrative et Commerciale des Organisations
All subjects are taught in English. Some classes are taken with French students, and others are specifically for international students. Some classes are taught by industry professionals, and most classes are conducted in small groups with lots of practical and team work.
At the end of this semester, you will have developed your ability to work in the international business environment, and you will improve your French language and communication skills.
In addition, ISEP students can participate in organized cultural, social and sports activities.
This program is located on the Le Bourget du Lac campus.
HOUSING AND MEALS
ISEP students are accomodated in a university residence hall and receive a meal stipend.
Course Description
During this semester (Fall only), students will attend a variety of undergraduate business courses in English, and a French language course. Students may take all courses in the program, or a selection. It also may be possible to choose a class or two from another department.

Other Academic Conditions
Students should note that this program is located on the Bourget du Lac campus. This campus is separate from the Chambéry campus of Jacob-Bellecombette. Le Bourget du Lac is a 30-minute shuttle ride to the city center of Chambéry and the Jacob-Bellecombette campus. When the weather is nice, students can ride bikes on the bike path to get to town!
Students should note that, while courses are offered in English, students with no French should try to learn a little before departure to make your day-to-day life easier.
PASSPORT: All students must have a valid passport to participate in this program. If you do not have a valid passport, we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible.
VISA/RESIDENCE PERMIT: Most students attending this program will be required to obtain a visa/residence permit. For more information on the process and estimated cost, please review the ISEP Country Handbook here.
