Housing
On-site staff helps students lease and pay rent directly with a residence called Dreamcity, which is a 10-15 minute drive away from UPM Campus. Dreamcity currently has three kinds of apartment:
1-bedroom studio, 350 sf(square feet): approx.. 320 USD per person per month
2-bedroom apartment (dual key), 1300 sf: approx. 350 USD per person per month
3-bedroom apartment, 1430 sf: approx. 340 USD per person per month
These prices are estimated from previous semesters and are subject to change. They do not include costs such as utilities, housing deposit, administration fees and Internet access.
Students can request apartment and roommate types through their host ISEP Coordinator after they are confirmed. The apartment types are subject to availability and will be confirmed after the housing application period has ended.

While no proof of language proficiency is required, students must have sufficient language proficiency to study university-level courses in English.
PASSPORT: All students must have a valid passport to participate in this program. If you do not have a valid passport, we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible.
