UPB’s Cochabamba campus offers courses in the faculties of business studies, law, engineering and architecture.
ISEP students immerse themselves Bolivian culture and daily life by taking university classes with local students and living with a host family in the community. The university has an active student body, and ISEP students can participate in sports teams, cultural activities and student groups. Internships in a variety of fields are also available to ISEP students. UPB has a "buddy" system to help connect ISEP students with local students and adjust to life in Cochabamba!
Course Description
UPB’s Cochabamba campus offers courses in the faculties of business studies, law, engineering and architecture, as well as graphic design. Students may also enroll in a one-month Spanish language pre-session course, included in ISEP benefits.
Tips for finding courses:
1. Go to the Cochabamba campus website
2. Click on "Ciencias Empresariales y Derecho" or "Ingeniera y Arquitectura" on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the subject, then scroll down and click on "Plan de Estudios" to view a list of courses.
4. Courses in odd-numbered semesters (Primer, Tercer, Quinto, Septimo) are offered January – June. Courses in even-numbered semesters (Segundo, Cuarto, Sexto, Octavo) are offered July – December.
5. A small selection of courses are taught in English. Not all courses are offered every semester and a full course load in English cannot be guaranteed.
