As an ISEP student, you can build your own program by choosing your courses from a variety of fields. Use the notes for course searching to help you find which courses are available.

Courses in business, communication and film, computer science and information systems, hospitality and tourism, fashion design and management and graphic design are taught entirely in English.

BINUS’ postgraduate program, BINUS Business School, classes are taught by leading industry professionals in Indonesia, including top CFOs. Due to the university’s close industry ties, CEOs, industry and international speakers are often incorporated into academic programs. Unique Indonesian BBS produced case studies are used for various classes.

  3. Type the course name (just the name, not the course code) in the search box and click enter.
  4. If there are multiple courses with the same name, please find the course code that matches.

Special Application Instructions

In addition to the ISEP application, students are required to complete a BINUS application. This can be done after placement to BINUS. The university will send details regarding this additional application.

Students have to have completed at least one year of study (or the equivalent of 2 semesters) at their home university before applying to ISEP to be eligible for placement.

For graduate programs, applicants are required to possess an undergraduate degree. Please upload proof of your undergraduate degree as part of your ISEP application under Additional Documents.

Graduate-level applicants in Business Management and Strategic Management must have work experience. The minimum for the Business Management program is 2 years after undergraduate graduation, and the minimum for the Strategic Management program is 3 years in a managerial position. Please upload a resume showing this experience as part of your ISEP application.

PASSPORT: All students must have a valid passport to participate in this program. If you do not have a valid passport, we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible.

VISA/RESIDENCE PERMIT: Most students attending this program will be required to obtain a visa/residence permit. For more information on the process and estimated cost, please review the ISEP Country Handbook here.

Visa:

The Indonesian Visa process is lengthy and has very strict requirements that you need to follow in order to obtain your visa and attend your program at BINUS. Students are responsible for obtaining and providing all required documents necessary for their visa.

Most importantly at this point in the process, you should check your passport expiration date. 

-Semester students are required to have a passport that is valid 12 months after your program end date (generally about 16-17 months from your entry date)

-Full year students are required to have a passport that is valid 18 months after your program end date (generally about 22-23 months from your entry date) 

In order to process documents necessary for your visa, you will also be required to pay a telex fee.

Other Academic Conditions

At BINUS University, some courses can be arranged to be taught in English with prior arrangement. However, courses with heavy loads of legal materials, such as tax policies, may not be taught in English.

ISEP students can take courses from multiple campuses during their program at BINUS. Students can change their campus based on the courses they want to take during the application period, and can change their campus during the add & drop period.

Students from non-native English-speaking countries whose current degree program at their home university is held in 100% English may apply. Students must attach a letter from their home university verifying this into their “Additional Documents” of their ISEP application and contact their ISEP Student Services Officer.
