Chapman's personalized education gives each student a unique opportunity to become an original thinker who rises to the world’s challenges. We’re here to make something: films, business models, lines of code—to bring them to life and deliver them to the world.

Chapman's inclusive, empowering community fosters creative thinking and expression of all perspectives. Chapman’s campus is the perfect size—not too big, not too small—allowing for effective, innovative programs to be a focal point of the institution. Chapman works to connect students to faculty and the community to keep students engaged in the larger world.

Chapman is a bustling university with numerous events and activities happening daily. There are concerts, lectures, tours, sports games, plays, screenings, religious ceremonies, info sessions, student activities, gallery openings, club meetings, Greek events and much, much more.

Academics at Chapman are more than just lectures, books and classrooms, and interdisciplinary is more than just a word. At Chapman, interdisciplinary means encouraging students to study abroad, actively fostering research and collaboration between faculty and students and structuring our general education program to allow students to explore all of passions.

Research opportunities are available to students across a wide variety of academic disciplines.
