HOW IT WORKS

Complete a full-time internship abroad and lay the groundwork for your future career! Work in a global environment and learn about your field from a cross-cultural perspective.

ISEP and its partners work with you to find an internship placement that matches your career aspirations, educational background and location preferences. During the application process, you will conduct a brief phone call with an ISEP Advisor to learn about your goals for interning abroad. If accepted, you will be guaranteed an internship in your desired career field.

In the months leading up to the term abroad, you will be matched with potential employers and interview with them directly to learn more about each other. If everything goes well, the internship is finalized. You will know your internship placement and role before you depart to your host country.

“I had a truly wonderful time in Washington D.C.. My internship was challenging yet such good fun, I thoroughly enjoyed going to work throughout the week. I met such fantastic people at work, in the city, and on the programme. The city itself is magnificent and truly unique and I loved immersing myself in a foreign environment. I received constant support from everyone who made it so easy for me to settle into a new country. Overall it was a brilliant experience and one I will never forget.”
