Study in Taiwan - Mandarin Language & Taiwanese Culture (in English)

Move to the next level of Mandarin proficiency and learn about Taiwanese culture, even if you can't travel this semester! Taiwan is at the nexus of East and Southeast Asia, with a booming tech industry and a melting pot culture all its own. Engage with this exciting place for the first time or prepare for future travel with the world's most widely spoken language, even if you're a beginner.

Course Description

This program consists of 12 credits of Mandarin language classes from Monday through Thursday, and a 3-credit Taiwanese Culture course taught one day a week. Mandarin language courses will be available live in two time slots so that students worldwide can find a time convenient for them. The Taiwanese Culture course will be available in both real-time and self-paced formats.
