The beautiful Keimyung University is the perfect study abroad option for students interested in immersing themselves in the traditional Korean culture - there is even a traditional village on campus. Located in the third largest city in Korea and less than two hours from Seoul, Keimyung University boasts a prime location. With a variety of English course offerings and an excellent Korean language program, students have the opportunity to truly get the most out of their classroom experience. Keimyung also offers a variety of cultural experiences which include free Korean culture classes and field trips. Students spend days touring historical sites as well as visiting hi-tech companies such as POSCO and Hyundai motors. Keimyung University is guaranteed to immerse students into Korean culture and reward them with rich experiences and lasting memories.

Course Description

Keimyung was one of the first Korean universities to initiate a full-scale internationalization program, and 100 international faculty members now teach courses from over 75 majors in English. Keimyung's international college, Keimyung Adams College, offers courses taught in English in both international relations and international business by its international faculty.

To find classes, find the most recent Spring or Fall semester that corresponds with your program's semester, and explore the tables to find courses and descriptions that work for your course needs.

ISEP students who demonstrate enough language proficiency to engage in Korean can also take Keimyung's Korean-taught classes.

Students interested in studying Korean language can also enroll in Korean Practice 1, 2 or 3 with their other classes.
