The program combines a customized professional internship in London, centrally located student housing in zones one and two, cultural excursions and social activities, trained London-based support staff, and strengths-based career development. Offerings range from full-time to 8-15 weeks.

HOW IT WORKS

Complete a full-time internship abroad and lay the groundwork for your future career! Work in a global environment and learn about your field from a cross-cultural perspective.

ISEP and its partners at Global Experiences work with you to find an internship placement that matches your career aspirations, educational background and location preferences. During the application process, you will conduct a brief phone call with an ISEP Student Advisor to learn about your goals for interning abroad. If accepted, you will be guaranteed an internship in your desired career field.

In the months leading up to the term abroad, you will be matched with potential employers and interview with them directly to learn more about each other. If everything goes well, the internship is finalized. You will know your internship placement and role before you depart to your host country.

TESTIMONIALS

“This was a once in a lifetime experience and I’m so grateful I had the chance to do it. The internship itself was definitely my favorite part as the company I was placed at could not have been better suited for me and the people could not have been nicer or more welcoming. I’ve gained such valuable experience and skills and I will definitely keep in touch with all of my colleagues and supervisors. Another highlight of the summer was all the weekend trips I took to other cities in Europe and around the U.K. I found it so easy to get around London and access other cities from London. The whole experience has made me much more independent and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. All of the program advisors did everything they could to ensure everyone had everything they needed and that they were getting the most out of their internship. I would definitely recommend this program to friends and family and anyone else who is even remotely considering it!”

HOUSING

London housing is always in a modern student residence in a single or shared room (depending on your selection) in zone 1-2, which is the center of London. All residences have a 24/7 security and on-site support services. You will have easy access to public transport, shops, and cafes.

All Global Experiences students stay in groups and you will know your fellow participants and your roommate (for shared option) before you arrive so you have friends when you land. Bedding and kitchen supplies are included with your housing, but make sure to bring your own towels!

Keep in mind that housing in London rarely has air conditioning, but there are only a few times in the year when it's needed. There are laundry facilities, often a gym and other fun amenities within many of the residences.

Housing fee is included in overall tuition cost. Prices are subject to change.
