Providence University is a great destination for international students, as it offers active campus life, an outstanding Chinese language training center and a variety of available courses taught in English. The international office takes great care of its students and offers a variety of excursions and activities that will make your time in Taiwan a blast.

Course Description

Providence offers a wide range of courses taught in English in the fields of business management, computing and informatics, English language and teaching, finance and economics, humanities and social sciences, law, linguistics, literature, philosophy, physical education, science and theatre. Please view our full list of undergraduate courses taught in English. Undergraduate students can also enroll in Graduate-level courses.

Providence offers graduate level courses taught in English through the college of management and the college of computing and informatics. Please read more about our graduate school international programs.

Students enrolling in Providence have the option of taking 10 hours of Mandarin courses and three to four English-taught classes, or 20 hours of Mandarin and one English-taught class. For information on Mandarin class levels both for the 10 hour and 20 hour track, take a look at the Chinese Language Education Center's course listings.
