Study in France - French Cultural Studies (in French)
Fall Semester Only
The French Humanities program at Université Le Havre Normandie enables international students to discover the French humanities during a semester that explores French language, history, literature, civilization and culture. This program is an opportunity to discover the homeland of the enlightenment, human rights, arts, gastronomy, fashion, and cinema while embarking on an intensive course of French as a Foreign Language.
The included extracurricular activities are an excellent way for international students to meet people, improve their French language skills and integrate more fully into the community through a schedule of exchanges with local French students, cultural tours, exhibits, dance programs, theater shows and more. Additional activities beyond those offered by this program are organized by the university's International Office and include a Christmas party, bowling, Languages Café with French and international students, and a picnic at the beach integrated into the French Intensive course.
This program is only offered during the fall semester. Interested students are encouraged to enroll in the Fall French Humanities + Spring Regular University Courses full year program.
