PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

LIFE ABROAD
Seoul is one of the world’s most vibrant and dynamic cities, where cutting-edge technology, nature, and history exist side by side. Enjoy on-campus features such as scenic trails around the university grounds or the on-campus subway station that provides quick access to everything the city has to offer.
LIVE
Stay in an on-campus residence hall in a double room equipped with a private bathroom. Buildings are separated by gender, and all have access to shared laundry facilities, study areas, and a gym on the ground floor.
DINE
Choose from a variety of on-campus dining options, including full cafeterias, or cafes offering delicious Korean snack foods! Seoul is famous for its foodie culture; make sure to indulge in a few must-try dishes such as kimchi, bibimbap (Korean rice dish), and jjigae (Korean stew).

What We Love About Hanyang University
We love that students can take a variety of classes in Seoul when it conveniently fits into the semester break, with fun and memorable winter activities.
Course Description
Hanyang International Winter School offers a diverse selection of courses and is particularly recommended for Business and Computer Science.
The program is structured into three sessions: A, B, and A+B. Students can take up to 2 courses per session (a total of 4 if participating in the A+B combined session).
Students who complete the program in good standing can expect to earn 6-12 credits which ISEP recommends is the equivalent of 6-12 U.S. Credit Hours. Academic courses are 3 credits with 45 contact hours, elective courses are 1-3 credits with 15-45 contact hours.
Please note that if you use financial aid, you may be required to earn 6 US credits to be eligible for summer aid. Please speak with a qualified financial aid advisor to understand your eligibility and the requirements for using financial aid.
