The apartments are 4 bedroom; 2 bath and each student has a private bedroom and shared bathroom. Each apartment is furnished with a full living room and kitchen with bar seating. Buildings are co-ed but each apartment is single-gender.

Housing is still open during fall and spring breaks.

Along with the swipes, students are provided $525 in Dining Dollars that can be used to purchase food at other on-campus sites. KSU has two main campuses, the Kennesaw Campus and the Marietta Campus, and meal plans and dining dollars can be used at both campus dining halls and food sites.
Students receive stipends during Fall and Spring breaks when the cafeteria is closed. Stipends will be issued in the form of a check. Students will need to open a local bank account on arrival in order to access the funds.
