Be sure to imporant information in highlighted yellow boxes - these generally specify when a course is only offered during a specific semester or year.
- Review the courses offered by each Facultad: Químicas (Ingeniería Ambiental, Química en Alimentos, Ingeniería Química), FAMADyC (Arquitectura, Diseño y Comunicación), Derecho (Derecho, Relaciones Internacionales), Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales (Educación, Filosofía, Psicología), Ingeniería, or Negocios.
- Select Pos Negocios for the graduate-level business courses, including the list of courses offered in English during the fall semester.
- Students may also choose courses from the Area Común, which are focused on professional and personal development, as well as La Salle’s religious traditions. Foreign language courses (excluding Spanish) are also offered under the Area Común.
- If you are a fall semester student you should select the odd-numbered semesters (1, 3, 5, 7). If you are a spring semester student, select the even-numbered semesters (2, 4, 6, 8).
Academic Restrictions:
Students must take courses within the same Facultad (E.g., students can combine courses within the Facultad of Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales, but couldn't add an additional course from Químicas).
Courses in the school of medicine are not open to ISEP students.
Students who wish to take courses in Spanish at Universidad La Salle must have at least a B2 level. Students who have a low level of Spanish and wish to take courses in English can choose from one of the English Pathways for enrolling in courses. A Spanish as a Second language class is mandatory for students with a low level of Spanish even if they take subjects taught in English. This will help students adjust culturally to their surroundings, both on campus, in Mexico City and with their homestay family.
