Immerse yourself in the beautiful and historic capital city of Dublin, Ireland. Brimming with Irish culture and history, Dublin is also a bustling international city featuring multinational companies and offering opportunities in entrepreneurship, marketing, non-profits and law. Dublin is a fantastic city for first time travelers and seasoned jet-setters, and makes a great location for an international internship.

Dublin offers year-round internship opportunities with an 8-week Summer Program and a 12-week semester program in the Fall & Spring.

Complete a full-time internship abroad and lay the groundwork for your future career! Work in a global environment and learn about your field from a cross-cultural perspective.

ISEP and our partners at Global Experiences work with you to find an internship placement that matches your career aspirations, educational background and location preferences. During the application process, you will conduct a brief phone call with an ISEP Student Advisor to learn about your goals for interning abroad. If accepted, you will be guaranteed an internship in your desired career field and location.

In the months leading up to the term abroad, you will be matched with potential employers and interview with them directly to learn more about each other. If everything goes well, the internship is finalized. You will know your internship placement and role before you depart to your host country.

Depending on the program term and personal preference, the Dublin program offers two housing options: UniNest Student Residences or University College Dublin.

UniNest Student Residences offers shared rooms in a full-service student residence. The residence is centrally located, less than a mile from St. Stephen’s Green and central shopping area. Available to semester and summer term interns.

University College Dublin offers single rooms in shared 4-5 bed student apartments. UCD's main campus is located just a few miles south of downtown Dublin. Students have an easy 15-minute bus ride to the center of town. Available to summer term interns only.

Important Note: The program dates and program fees vary depending on the housing selection (applicable to summer term interns only). See "Semester & Prices" below for additional details, and be sure to add the term with the housing, dates and fee you prefer to your application. Housing fee is included in overall tuition cost. Prices are subject to change.

“The internship allowed me to make great connections, build confidence in my skill set and expand my knowledge of the global film market. I used all of my technical skills (shooting and editing) and was able to attend film festivals in Cork, Ireland, and Sitges, Spain. There were awesome social events and day tours for the interns. I took the opportunity to travel to multiple cities in Spain, England, and Ireland while living in Dublin. I wouldn't trade this experience for anything!”

-Fiona M. | Film/Video Production | Bellarmine University

“It is a life changing experience living abroad. Coming to a new place, intrigue and wanderlust take over as you immerse yourself within the unique culture and customs. Throughout my three-month stay in Dublin, I have come to realize its true value, which in no small part has contributed to the success of my internship. This internship has built a substantial foundation and networking base for my professional career. The opportunity to live in Dublin City was a blessing, but the nature and experience of my internship was a far greater gift.”

-Jake C. | Finance/Economics | Montana State University
