Study in Taiwan (in English, Mandarin) - ISEP Exchange
Providence University offers courses in foreign languages and literature, humanities and social sciences, physical sciences and mathematics, management, computing and informatics, computer science and information management, and service learning development.
Students have the option of taking either Mandarin language classes alongside their English-taught electives, or devote their time to an intensive 20-hour Mandarin language curriculum.
Course Description
View Providence's course list page for a full list of courses offered in the past. Because courses are usually only uploaded immediately before registration, check previous years to see what courses have been offered in the past. For Fall 2020, for example, you may use the filters "Fall 2018" and "100% English" in the language filter to find the most recent list of courses taught in English.
Undergraduate students can also enroll in graduate-level courses, taught in English through the college of management and the college of computing and informatics.
Students enrolling in Providence have the option of taking 10 hours of Mandarin courses and three to four English-taught classes, or 20 hours of Mandarin and one English-taught class. Take a look at the Chinese Language Education Center's course listings for information on Mandarin class levels both for the 10 hour and 20 hour track.
