Providence University offers courses in foreign languages and literature, humanities and social sciences, physical sciences and mathematics, management, computing and informatics, computer science and information management, and service learning development.

Students have the option of taking either Mandarin language classes alongside their English-taught electives, or devote their time to an intensive 20-hour Mandarin language curriculum.

Students enrolling in Providence have the option of taking 10 hours of Mandarin courses and three to four English-taught classes, or 20 hours of Mandarin and one English-taught class.
