Study in Finland (in English) - ISEP Exchange
University of Oulu welcomes several hundred exchange students every year. Courses in English are available at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. International students have excellent support services with housing close to campus, student tutors, and access to all student services even before arrival.
As an ISEP student, you can build your own program by choosing your courses from a variety of fields. Graduate-level courses are available to undergraduate students who have completed any necessary background studies.
Course Description
Highly recommended fields of study:
Business: Oulu Business School has the AACSB accreditation.
Education: Both Bachleor and Master's level studies, Early childhood studies offered during Spring semester.
Engineering: Environmental, Process, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and Management. You can also complete a project/practical training period as a part of the ISEP exchange in one of the university labs.
IT: Computer Science, Electrical engineering. You can also complete a project/practical training period as a part of the ISEP exchange in one of the university labs.
Scandinavian Studies: Courses available for Fall and Spring terms, altogether 30 US credits (15 cr / term).

PASSPORT: All students must have a valid passport to participate in this program. If you do not have a valid passport, we suggest you start the application process as soon as possible.
VISA/RESIDENCE PERMIT: Most students attending this program will be required to obtain a visa/residence permit. For more information on the process and estimated cost, please review the ISEP Country Handbook here.
