Course Description
Universidad de Palermo offers a variety of subjects taught entirely in Spanish including business, engineering, design, arts and social sciences. Students can enroll in a variety of Latin American culture courses from across a variety of disciplines (humanities, social sciences, art, etc.). ISEP students are strongly encouraged to take a Spanish as a Second Language course while studying at Palermo.
Tips for finding courses:
1. View the list of undergraduate degree programs
2. Click on the specific degree name you are interested in, then click "plan de estudios" from the menu bar to view the degree map and course descriptions. All courses in a degree map are available for ISEP students, except end-of-degree thesis type courses (e.g., Seminario de Integracion, etc.).
3. Plan de estudios are broken down by year and semester. Most degrees are made up of 4 or 5 years of courses. Courses in row "1" on the degree map are offered January – June, and courses in “2” rows are offered July – December. Each year will have a row 1 & 2.
A full course load at Palermo is considered 5 courses. Courses generally meet for 12 hours each month (3 hours per week) and are worth 4 credits each in Palermo’s academic system.
