PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

• Enjoy a slower pace of life in Tilburg, where green spaces, bike paths, and a welcoming atmosphere offer an authentic glimpse into everyday Dutch living.

• Take courses in English in fields like business, social sciences, international relations, psychology, and computer science.

• Thrive on a campus that fosters social connections through active student associations and student-led events year-round.

LIVE and DINE

Stay in a fully furnished single room in a co-ed apartment just minutes from campus, where you’ll share bathrooms and a communal kitchen with the rest of your floor. Housing and meals are covered by your monthly stipend; Tilburg’s International Office pays your rent directly, and you’ll receive the remaining balance to cover additional expenses. Be sure to try Dutch favorites like kroket (crispy meat-filled roll), poffertjes (fluffy mini pancakes), and stroopwafels (caramel-filled waffle cookies) while you’re studying in Tilburg.

EXPERIENCE

Take advantage of Tilburg’s bike-friendly layout and ride to the center of the city to experience beautiful spaces like Leijpark and Stadspark Oude Dijk, or browse fresh produce, clothing, and local treats at the weekly Tilburg Market. Feel the energy of the city by attending local cultural events including FC Tilburg football matches or one of the city’s many music festivals. Join overnight trips—offered at an additional cost—through the university’s Erasmus Student Network, and travel with fellow students to destinations like Morocco, Amsterdam, Prague, Bruges, and Berlin.

What We Love About Tilburg

We love that Tilburg blends community-centered living with the perks of Dutch culture — all at a lower cost than cities like Amsterdam or Utrecht.
